The Undersigned inform all the Universities and Colleges which have submitted the proposals
for financial assistance of UGC under the scheme of Career Oriented Courses at First Degree Level, in
response to UGC advertisement on UGC website vide letter of even No. dated 28^th July, 2009, the
interface meeting to evaluate the proposals received from the Universities and Colleges has been fixed

(Region-wise). The schedule is as under:-

Note: – Registrars of the Universities and Principals of the Colleges are requcsted:-

1. To attend the Interface Meeting as per schedule given above.
   1. To bring three more copies of the Proposals positively in the prescribed Per forma with a copy of
      the UGC letter of inclusion of your college in section 2(1) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956.
2. To attend the above meeting in person.
3. To make their own staying arrangements ^v
   1. if you fail to attend the meeting as per the schedule given above, no other date will be given for
      the purpose.
