NIMCET 2011 application form is applicable for both Entrance Examination and admission to MCA at all the eleven participating NITs offering MCA programme. Candidates are not required to apply separately to each NITs for admission. The admission to MCA programme in all the 11 participating NITs will be based on NIMCET2011 rank as well as their choices as opted during the counseling/admission process. Details of the counseling process shall be notified on the NIMCET2011 website in due course. The candidates are advised to check the website http://www.nimcet2011nitb.in regularly for updates.

After each round of allotment candidates shall have to report in person to any one of the participating NIT’s for remote reporting/reporting in person. The candidate’s allotted seats may be upgraded after each round of counseling if higher choice preference (if filled) is available at the time of allotment process. Once the seat has been allotted in any participating NIT’s then the candidate will have to take admission in that NIT after third round of counseling.
