KLE UNIVERSITY POST-GRADUATE ALL INDIA ENTRANCE TEST

The University shall be conducting KLE University Post-Graduate All India Entrance-Test-2011 (KLE-PGAIET-2011) on Saturday, the 29th January 2011 at sixteen centers across the country viz. Belgaum Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Kolkata, Panjim, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Tirupati, Cochin and Guwahati for admission to various Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma Courses (Medical/Dental) in the constituent colleges of the University viz. J. N. Medical College Belgaum and KLE V. K. Institute of Dental Sciences Belgaum, for the academic session 2011-12.

The schedule of conduct of PGAIET-2011 is enclosed. The eligible candidates, willing to appear for the aforesaid test, may download the application forms from the University website www.kleuniversity.edu.in.

Important Dates

• Date of Notification: 23rd September 2010
• Date of availability of Application Forms on the University Website: 30th September 2010
• Last date for On-line submission: 13th January 2011
• Last date for receipt of completed application form along with requisite fee, photograph & other documents by the University: 19th January 2011
• Dispatch of Hall Tickets (At the option of the candidates): 20th January 2011
• Date & Time of Entrance Test: Saturday, the 29th January 2011, from 2.00pm to 5.00pm
• Date of declaration of results: 14th February 2011
• Provisional dates for 1st counselling: 07th March, 2011 to 12th March, 2011
• Date of commencement of Academic Session: 01th April, 2011

Printout of the application form along with DD for Rs. 3,000/- payable at Belgaum drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of 'Registrar KLE University, Belgaum' has to be sent by post or submitted in person to the Registrar's Office, KLE University, Belgaum, So as to reach on or before 19th January, 2011 by 5.00 pm.
