Important points while filling up the form:
- Please fill all the details in BLOCK LETTERS.
- The application has to be completed with all details as desired.
- The form has to be submitted along with the Entrance Exam Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only), in favor of "The Registrar JNTUH" payable at Hyderabad.
- Please enclose the following along with the application form:
- 3 Photograph - 1 to be affixed in the application form and signed across
- 10th Standard Certificate Copy
- Photo Identity Proof - Either of the following Copy - Ration Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport / Credit Card / Recent Examination Hall Ticket etc or an Attested Identity Proof Declaration Letter.
- Bachelor of Multimedia Course is for students who have passed or awaiting results in 10+2 / equivalent (any Stream) with a creative bend of mind and decent communication skills.
- M. Sc. (Multimedia) Course is for students who have passed or awaiting results in Degree (any Stream) with a creative bend of mind and decent communication skills.
- The Entrance Examination Fee is non refundable.
- The application along with the Demand Draft should be sent on or before 15 - 06 - 2010 to: International Academy of Computer Graphics, Nandini Complex, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad - 500 036. The Entrance Examination will be held on - 27th June 2010 - Sunday.
- The Personal Interview will be held between 07-07-2010 to 11-07-2010 at IACG Campus
- The admission is subjective to clearing both the entrance examination and personal interview.
- Hall Ticket copy will be made available in www.iacg.info 3daysbefore the Entrance Examination. If the Hall Ticket is not downloadable, please contact the Academy helpline : +98 66 55 0009.
- Hall Ticket internet copy should be produced at the examination center inorder to collect original Hall Ticket.
