M.S/Ph.D Programme JNCASR invites applications for admission to M.S / Ph.D programmes in Science and Engineering from students who have qualified in NET-JRF under CSIR/UGC fellowship schemes or DBT/ICMR - JRF or GATE / JEST / any other equivalent national level exam. Integrated Ph.D. Programme JNCASR invites applications for admission to the Integrated (Int.) Ph.D. programme in Materials Science, Chemical Science and Biological Science. The Integrated Ph.D programme in Biological Science will be independently offered in the disciplines of 'Evolutionary and Organismal Biology1 and, 'Molecular Biology and Genetics'.

Eligibility criteria for int. Ph.D Programme Materials Science: Bachelor's degree in any branch of Science. Those with Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an aptitude towards scientific research will also be considered. Candidates are expected to have sound knowledge in the fundamentals of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Chemical Science: Bachelor's degree in any branch of Science with Chemistry as a major. Biological Science:

a) Evolutionary and Organismal Biology: Bachelor's degree in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics. Those with Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an aptitude towards scientific research will also be considered,

b) Molecular Biology and Genetics: Bachelor's degree in any branch of Science. For all the above Int. Ph.D programmes, candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks at the Bachelor's level. Candidates who are appearing for the final examination this year can also apply.
