Notification Regarding Written Examination held on 29.11.2009 for the Post of JAT/Stenographer/Data Entry Operator Gr. Ca
NOTIFICATION
In continuation of the written examination held on Sunday, the 29th November, 2009 for the posts of Jr. Assistant-cum-Typist, Stenographer and Data Entry Operator Gr. C, it is for information of all concerned that:
(i) The candidates whose names appear in the attached file i.e. at http://www.ignou.ac.in/skill_test.htm have already been asked vide our letter dated January 30, 2010 to forward the dully filled-in proforma complete in all respects along with the photocopies, duly attested by the Gazetted Officer in support of their qualifications, experience, age, caste certificate etc. (SC/ST/OBC etc.) latest by 15th February, 2010.
(ii) The said letters as above already have been dispatched to the concerned candidates.
(iii) However, in case any candidate has not received the same he/she may download the proforma given as in http://www.ignou.ac.in/skill_test.htm – C and forward the same immediately to Assistant Registrar (Recruitment), Room No.13 & 14, Block No.-07, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068 by speed post or through e-mail with scanned copy at e-mail Id : vkkhanna10@yahoo.com.
(iv) This notification does not however give automatically any right/claim to the candidates to be considered for the next stage of recruitment process.
