Duration: 3 Hours
Part I
Purely objective type multiple choice question paper for 2½ hours administered through computer. It covers questions on English and Comprehension Skills, Analytical and Quantitative Ability, and General Knowledge covering the areas of Indian Economy (since Independence), Indian Society, Contemporary World Affairs (Post-World War II), and Environment & Ecology.
Part II
An essay writing for ½ hour to be written on answer paper which will be distributed to the candidates at the end of Part I. Language of Question Paper: English. Use of electronics gadgets and Log Tables: Calculators, cell phones, pagers and Log Tables are not permitted inside the examination hall.
