The entire concerned are notified here about the rescheduling of the UPTECH counseling.
All the arrangements for the counseling of successful candidates in SEE-UPTU 2009 starting from 10 July 2009 till 17 July 2009 was completed and all the information regarding it was made available to the candidates of UPTU 2009 through the university’s website.
During this some private institutions situated in Uttar Pradesh filed a written petition in the high court Allahabad on which the honorable High court Allahabad put stay order on the reservation act 2006 Uttar Pradesh. Against the stay order of honorable High court Allahabad UP Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) LUCKNOW
Filed a written SLP in the honorable Supreme Court of India New Delhi. After contemplating on the orders of the honorable Supreme Court of India New Delhi it has been decided to postpone the counseling which was scheduled earlier to start from 10th July 2009.
So all the concerned people are notified that the online counseling which was scheduled to start from 10 July 2009 has been postpone. Regarding it all the details will be displayed on university’s site www.uptu.nic.in
On 18th July 2009 after the hearing of SLP in the honorable Supreme Court of India New Delhi on 17th July 2009.All the desirous candidates are notified to be aware of all the information on the university’s website www.uptu.nic.in is also notified that they won’t b sent detailed counseling schedule letter. Counseling related all the information will be available at university’s website as well as in the leading newspapers.
Inconvenience caused to all the candidates due to the rescheduling in the counseling program is deeply regretted.
