You will agree that the world over, websites of academic institutions have become an important medium to connect to the outside world and even more important, to keep the university community well-informed. The website of our University is likely to get a face lift soon with a new layout and provisions for a better interface. Therefore, we have decided to include the profile of the faculty members of the University departments and centres under a uniform pattern with fixed templates taking into consideration the standard patterns being commonly followed. You will appreciate that such an endeavour will go a long way in not only maintaining updated records of our colleagues but also help the present and prospective student community in getting vital information on the University and the faculty serving the University. A proforma has been uploaded on the University's website.
